Naval Military Heritage to Luxury Marine Living

Originally constructed in 1981 as a Kortenaer-class frigate for the Royal Netherlands Navy, the vessel underwent a revolutionary conversion at the ADM Shipyards in Abu Dhabi, retaining its high-speed hydrodynamic hull while transforming completely into a futuristic superyacht.

Composite Glass Dome

The defining feature of Yas is its massive curved composite glass dome, which forms the upper superstructure. Designed by Pierrejean Design Studio, the continuous glass paneling mimics the hydrodynamic profile of a marine mammal while offering uninterrupted ocean panoramas from the owner's stateroom.
